I have an automation that checks all tasks in an allocated (Awaiting approval) bucket every 10 minutes and if it finds a task that has a 'Progress' percentage of 0 (Not started) it sends and sends an email and updates the task progress to 'in progress' so that the same task is not picked up on the next round.
This automation has been working well for almost a month and then stopped working. I get the following errors and it looks like its having a problem using the 'Get Task' trigger when going through the allocated bucket.

Could you show a screenshot of the full flow and where the flow is reporting errors?
I followed the screenshot you provided and tried to reproduce your problem, but this is not the problem.
The return value of Condition is False, so it cannot be executed to yes.
