Send an Email Notification (V3) 'works' but I'm not receiving an email

Hi all. I've been building a flow for the last few weeks that runs when someone submits a form through MS Forms. It emails the user with the information they entered and creates a task in Planner with the info as well.

Up until yesterday, there were no real issues with it. But now, even though the "Send an Email Notification" function is getting all the correct information and claims to be sending emails, I've stopped receiving any. The task in planner is still generated and everything else works fine.

I tried setting up a super simple test flow to see if maybe it was something else that was preventing the email from being sent, but it yielded the same results.

Now, it's possible that our IT department did something that blocked users from receiving these automated emails; I've sent them an email and am waiting to hear back from them. But on the off chance that that's not the case, is there anything I could be doing wrong?

Thanks for any help or input! And sorry if this is a dumb question...!

    Hello @Anonymous

Have you tried using the outlook Send email action?

I'd love to, but it seems that Send an Email Notification is the only email-sending function that works due to my using a dedicated mail server. This is the error I get when trying to use Outlook.
