Create Events in Other People's Calendar

Hi,

i need a help with build a flow for our IT team.

I want to make a ms form where our collegues insert a term for vacation and after approve from their manager (we already add managers for them in azure) this vacation will be created in our shared it calendar (it is normla user for all it team) and also create a this event in their personal calendar.

But i am not sure if my account for makeing flows can make a event in their calendars.

By default, nobody's account can create calendar items in someone else's calendar. Everyone who you want to create a calendar item would need to give you delegate access to their Outlook account. You can learn more about that at About delegates: Allow someone to manage your mail and calendar in Outlook - Microsoft Support.

Yes i think so that can be done without delegate but this is not important i can make after approval an invitation event for that user and he can also add this vacation to this calendar.

So i use our IT user for sharing calendar i have a parmission and access to this user.
