Posting in Teams After Task is Created

Hi,

I saw a few posts regarding this but I have a different case. I have this created.

What I want to do are the following:

1. My name appears as the creator of the post, but other people will also create other tasks. The POC/Respondent's Email or the person who created the task should appear as the poster.

2. In the notification, my name appears too. I want to change that as well.

3. Is there a way to edit the notification message in Teams once the post is created. It says URGENT all the time, and the priority is not all urgent. Some are Low. Can I customize that notification message?

    Hi @lbensen22  ,

Power automate uses the Name of the user whose connection is used to post the message in the teams channel.

    1. There is no way as per my knowledge to post it with the name of the user who created the planner task.

    2. You can use a service account or you can post the message as the Flow bot. It will start showing from Power Automate or it will display Service Account Name if you use the service account.

    3. Maybe you can check out adaptive cards and make the priority field editable in that.

If this helps please it it a thumbs up and accept it as a solution.

    Thanks,

    Thanks @SanmeshG!

    1. Noted.

    2. I used Flow Bot and it worked.

    3. It's too complicated for me. Haha

But how do I now attach the uploaded document to the team post?

Also, how can create a link in the message body that will direct them to the Task itsef?
