Get contacts based on the email on the lead CDS

Hello

I am just starting to dip my toe properly into flow, and have a question I cant seem to get right.

What I want to do, is when a I create a lead in the CDS then get a list of all contacts where the email address 1 is the same as the email on the lead.  

This is where I am up to.

I have tried it as well with emailaddress1_value eq Email

The only way I can get it to work is if I hard code the filter emailaddress1 eq 'xxxx@hotmail.com'  but I need it to be dynamic so it works for all email

    Hi there.  It might need single quotes around the dynamic value in the filter.  Give the below a try and let us know if that works:
