Add Member to a Team doesn’t seem to be working

Hi,

 

Similar to the topic here:

I am unable even get the flow to trigger when I add a new member. 

Any ideas? Or anyone else having the same issue.

    This issue seems to be popping every year! now I am getting an error when trying to use "Add a member to a team" connector: Failed to execute MsGraph backend request GetUserFromIdS2SRequest. Workload MsGraph_DirectoryServices. Request Url: https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/users/{user-id}. What is confusing, is that the User-ID shown in the error message is not the same ID as the one from the user being added.
