I will share latest flow I created and I need someone to tell me where the problem because when I test it ,it run successfully , but when I upload excel in library the flow doesn't run therefor I cant detect where the error. I need when user upload excel it reflects on SharePoint dynamically.

@FLMike Sorry I didn't share any errors as I mentioned the flow didn't run, So I couldn't figure out where the problem is .Now I fix the issue and it was because the upload files wasn't dynamic and fix it by adding file name with extension. But now I face another problem that the flow run successfully and data reflected in SharePoint correctly but the item duplicate ,e.x If I upload file with 12 raw , I found 80 rows created in SharePoint, it duplicates all items many time, Do you know why ? And if you need any further attachments plz let me know..

Thanks a lot for your support

    Hi,

You say you are getting errors and failures, but you didn't share a single error or screen shot. This also doesn't appear to be the whole flow as I dont know how/why you have 2 Apply to each's

We cannot run or replicate your flow so you have to give us details, we can't just look at a partial flow and know whats wrong. Help us help you 🙂

    1. You have a Filter Condition Under ... then Settings and its causing the issue

No, since we are talking about the trigger. I am saying click ... then Settings to validate if you have any custom filters at the bottom that might be doing it.

For the other, you would need to change the trigger to be

Thanks  for replaying ,, I can' get point N 3 "3. You are overwriting a file that already exists and that would trigger an UPDATE not a create" I think it might be a problem too but I don't know how it fix it. Also what do you mean regarding N1  "1. You have a Filter Condition Under … then Settings and its causing the issue" You mean I need to remove filter query from Get data as when I do this the flow failed .

    Hi,

It sounds like the trigger is not firing.

Here are reasons why it might now

    1. You have a Filter Condition Under ... then Settings and its causing the issue

    2. You are putting them in the wrong folder

    3. You are overwriting a file that already exists and that would trigger an UPDATE not a create

    4. They are in the wrong Site

    5. The flow is off

If its truly not firing, there are only so many reasons it wont fire and it usually the ones I listed.

Please quadruple check. I have to check 12222 times myself and I still miss stuff 🙂
