Filling in Word document from Forms responses

Hello,

I'm trying to

 

- take forms responses

- enter them into a word document

- convert it into a pdf

- send the pdf to the respondent via e-mail with a generic Subject and short text in the body.

 

To try out, I used a Rich text content control element in word, saved as docx.

Wenn I try to create the flow I get this error:

The English equivalent is "Populate word template"

 

I'd really appreciate help.

    Thank you very much.

    Replicating the flow from a youtube video I put together the following Flow which works perfectly. (Sorry for it being in German)

    I'll now graduate to your link and try to get the info from a list item.

    Could you please check the word template if valid?
