Run only users issue

Hi all,
since yesterday around 5 pm run only users started having issue running flow from list button.

The flow panel that you see in the screen open but don't stop loading. After some times the system with some user shows an error that say that the user don't have permission for the environment.

we built all the flows in this environment in the last year and a half and never had problem with run users (they don't have permission obviusly to create flow here).

Does anyone have similar issue?
