I was wondering if there is any way to update a Jira Issue using MS Flow ?
I know it is possible to Create a new Jira Issue using MS Flow, but I didn't see how to update it.

There is no any way to pdate a Jira Issue using Flow in microsoft flow currently.
I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

anything similar to JIRA.UpdateIssue (string issueKey, UpdateIssueRequest body) or in a flow.

You can try to use the flow HTTP. I have tried before, it is ok
