Sharing E-mail to Teams Flows with no user interaction

Hi Team,

I am super green so apologies in advance.  I have set up a flow that on receipt of an e-mail the power automate bot in teams sends me a notification in teams.  It works perfectly for me.  My question is how do I share this flow so the connection / recipient details are for the new users and not me?  Is there a way to enter a variable or something similar to make this possible? Or does it require some user intervention to change the connection accounts?

Thanks in advance

    Hi @tonesbates

You need to update the connections for all the connectors (outlook & teams) used in the flow. You can achieve this by:

    1. You can share the flow with other user and make his/her the co-owner of the flow. The co-owner can just update all the connectors' connections used in the flow and this way all connections are updated on his/her name.

For adding a co-owner, click on 'Share' link from the menu and then add the user:

    2. Another one is to perform export & import of the solution. You can export the original flow in a package (.zip file) and share the package to the other user. The user who will perform import operation can provide the connections for all the connectors used in the flow, this ways all connections will be updated.

If this helps, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks
