Apply to Each takes 20 minutes, underlying actions do not amount to a minute total

Hello All,

We are using a flow and within this flow is an apply to each action. as of today this part of the flow suddenly takes 19 - 22 minutes per run. While when we open the apply to each and look at the blocks inside, all the time of these blocks amounts to about 7 seconds which is very far from the time the entire apply to each block took.

Do you have Concurrency Control turned on, so it runs in parallel at least?
