Can i trigger on premises SOAP Web Service from Power Automate?

Hi, I would like to trigger a SOAP web service deployed on my SharePoint 2016 via Power Automate. However, the Send an HTTP request to SharePoint seems to only access JSON request therefore is there any way I can make the same request via SOAP and XML?
