create all company apps by one owner account

Hi All,

 

I have a question, is it ok to make all company Apps by one user account and share it to all employees (E3 users).

and how many apps can this user create!

    I'm not aware of any limit to the number of apps that can be authored by a single user. A better practice is to add at least one co-owner to an app, to help with continuity if a user changes roles, leaves the company, etc. The Power Apps for Admins connector can help you create a flow that can automatically add a co-owner to an app shortly after it is created.
