emails sent from _api/SP.Utilities.Utility.SendEmail weirdly disappears from recipient's mailbox after a while

We have a flow that sends email via the sharepoint api

_api/SP.Utilities.Utility.SendEmail

an issue suddenly came up where emails being received are suddenly disappearing. the power automate runs successfully. I have tested it myself and true enough the email from "no-reply@sharepointonline.com" sudddenly disappeared from my mailbox seconds after receiving it.
