Could not retrieve values. The dynamic invocation request failed with error...You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser

I am trying to create a simple flow that uses Excel File store in OneDrive (Office 365 for home)  and do a mail merge.  However, PA gave the above error when trying to connect my flow to the Excel file in OneDrive (Excel file data is formated as Table).  See the attached screenshot of the error.  

Greatly appreciate any help.
