Sync comments between two sharepoint list

I have two lists - one is the main list and the second one is the customer list. The main list has full access to the technical team and is not dispersed to the customer. On the other hand, the second list can only view customers. The main list's item changes are automatically replicated in the second list. I need to clarify two things:
1. If I enter a comment in the main list, I need that comment to be replicated in the second list.
2. The second list is granted view-only permission for customers. Is there any possibility to add a comment?

Hello @mihiranP, this is definitely possible! You can create a flow that triggers when an is updated or created on your main list, then use an action to update or add the comment on the second list!

    I hope this helps!

@mihiranP, For question 1. Here's a blog post that should walk you through retrieving comments: https://debajmecrm.com/how-to-get-comments-of-a-sharepoint-list-item-in-power-automate/

Here's a blog post that should walk you through adding them to the second list: https://debajmecrm.com/how-to-get-comments-of-a-sharepoint-list-item-in-power-automate/

Question 2: It appears you can only turn comments on or off in general, and not set comment permissions by user type.
