Change underlying account in Connector

I have created an MS Form, then using MS Flow the content of the form is written to a new ticket in ZenDesk. The problem is all the communications state that I added the ticket on behalf of the user, despite me setting the Requester and Submitter ID to the user. Anyone know how I can fix it?

Thanks

    Hi @WBoyd ,

Could you please share a screenshot on your flow configuration?

I assume that you’ve created the connections using your own account info. Basically, flow will use the account info on which it relies on to create items.

Please consider creating the connection using a common account then the tickets will be created from the common account but not yours.

    Hope this make sense.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi Mabel

That's correct I used mine for testing. When I click on switch account, a pop-up opens but then immediately closes. I wanted to use a service account for this.

The solution talks about using a common account. Is that necessarily a user account? Can it be a group, distribution list, or something similar?
