Is this flow Possible to build ? And Questions

Hello Community members,

I have a interesting flow to make. I would like to take input from the community to analyze if this flow is possible to make or it would be waste of time. Please see the flow diagram for your reference.

Requirement Flow Diagram

I understand majority of the members would say if its possible to make in flow diagram its possible to make it in Power Automation Flow. For what I am lacking is where to start this flow. Here are some questions:

Is it possible to make this flow? if no then ignore the rest of the questions.
If yes, should it be made at Power Automation Web or Desktop version?
How do I extract information from PDF without using AI builder. As my company is not financially strong to afford it at this moment.
Do I need to use paid connectors or free available connectors would be sufficient?
Can a newbie like me can create this flow?

If I am able to get the answers for these questions and starting point that would be great.
