Screen navigation as screen ratio change

Hello All, 

 

I don't if im asking a correct question or not, but i want to achieve the functionality as such that, if the user a mobile phone user, the screen will be different if the use is on tablet mode, then he can see the main screen as well as welcome screen, if the user is on desktop mode then he can see the main screen, display screen, and welcome screen, as the size is big. is there any such functionality?

    Take a look at this article on responsive design in Power Apps.  You can define different size and layout settings and then switch positioning and visibility based on the size/layout of the device.  It takes some manual effort for configuration, but it is possible.
