Hi,

I want to cout number of rows - using "List Rows present in a table" in Excel table. How can I do this? I tried something, but I have no idea how to do this for now...

(I am trying to check if number of rows is greater than specific number and if it will be OK then insert another row into the table, but I don't know how to count number or rows before..)

Best regards and many thanks, Martin S.

    This should do it:

    listrows.png

    Expression used:

    length(outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['body/value'])

This will work when the number of rows less than 256.

When row count exceeds 256, then there is another option to make it work for up to 5000, that is by turning ON the pagination option and increasing the threshold. This can be done from Settings of "List rows present in a table" action. while the microsoft has set a limit 100,000, in my case it allows me to set max of 5000 only. What this means is that "List rows present in a table" action may work when row count is 5000 only.
