Turning to the Pros. I'm wanting to automate a job offer letter.
What I would like to do:
- Start with Form entering Name and Position.
- Populate those fields into a standard offer letter word document in specific places.
Example:
Thank you <Name> for accepting <Position>
Please eSign this document.
3. Convert Word to PDF with eSign field
4. Route to approver for signature.
5. Route to new higher for signature
6. Return completed signed PDF to requestor.
