Hello,

I would like to use AI Hub Prompts in Power Automate without utilizing the Approval function. However, when I try to run the flow without including an approval step, I receive an error stating that an approval is required. Is there a way to use the prompts without triggering the approval requirement, or can this dependency be bypassed for scenarios where approval is not needed?

Hi,

It usually appears to be a warning rather than a blocking error. We’ve successfully deployed bots in production that call AI Prompts directly without any approval step to verify the response. Kindly confirm whether it’s just a warning on your end or an actual error so we can investigate further if needed.

It's a warning (not an error) that you don't need to follow.

You can save and run the flow without the approval action.
