Hello,

I had adjusted the input area to change an internal only comment that left a note on the file to a personal note that I could add to the generated email. However, the flow keeps failing here. Can anyone tell me why?

Check to make sure you didn't add an extra carriage return after the \n in the line before you insert the personal note.  The error is saying your JSON in your Body is invalid.  Something is causing your JSON string to not be JSON compliant.

    Hi @ewolf

instead of writing everything directly, try to store the text in a variable , and use decodeUriComponent('%0A') to decode new line instead of writing \n & concat all together.

    Hope it helps !

    As in an extra enter?

I compared the flow to a near identical one that flows, however that one is now having an error as well. I added the flow and error here. Not sure what's going on.other error.jpgFlow other.png

This one is a different error. But yes, I'm suggesting an extra Enter is interfering with this being taken as a single string of JSON. I noticed in the screenshot that its a different site.  CCS vs CC. did you change the api call also?  The error here is resource not found. That would suggest the site is wrong.

    Hi @ewolf

It seems in there is single quote (') in one of your variable that makes the comment field for a item. Please validate the variables and remove the single quote and try again.

    Thanks
