Hi, so I want to create an email notification for reminding their task 3 days before the duedate. In the email, I would like to list everything that having on the same day within 1 email to each owner of the task from Sharepoint list. I have follow the tutorial posted in the link below

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XQvKXAFOvE

but, she has the problem on 43:12 which happened to me as well so I got the email from each task.

What I wanted was multiple task within 1 email to remind the owner.

I think it because of the Link to Item in the Append to String Variable that I got are linked to Aplly to each, not my filter array, I guess. But I don't know how to solve it.

Can someone help me for this troubleshoot? It would be really helpful. Thank you!

Hi there.  If I'm understanding the issue correctly, you're getting an email for each task sent to the respective owner, correct?

If that's the case, check out this article:  Group a List for a Summary Using Power Automate

That might be enough to get you started.

    Keep us posted.

Yes, I would like to do as you mentioned before. But then, after I try to follow the tutorial from the website that you gave, I found this error. Do you also know why? Thank you!

Hi there.  It looks like we missed the step where we create the Appy to Each loop.  The error is yelling at you because you're referencing something that doesn't exist...yet.

Check out (about) the fifth paragraph in the Build section.  Starts with "Next, we want to cycle through each of those unique email addresses to use them as a filter on your Get Items results.  Add an "Apply to Each" loop, and put the output of the above Compose in the "Select an Output" box."

That should get you closer.  Keep at it, you're doing great!

Thank you for your suggestions, I have the Apply to each before, but actually, the items('Apply_to_each')?[Owner_Email] are not working on my flow. Therefore, I couldn't use the Body of the Filter Array and couldn't send email to items('Apply_to_each')?[Owner_Email] also. Do you know why? I think I have been following the exact step that he showed.

Here the screenshot of my flow

Hi there.  So, the last two steps also need to be inside the Apply to each loop (directly after the Filter array step).  Think of that Apply to each box as a 'sub-process' that will go through each item on your list one-by-one, and do all of the things inside that box.

In our case, we want to filter the list to a single user, create an HTML table for that user, and then send an email to that user...then do all of those things for the next user.  So, all of those actions should be together inside the loop.  Does that help?

    Keep us posted.

I want to try your recommendations but here I couldn't input the

    items('Apply_to_each')?[Owner_Email] for some reasons...

Owner eMail should be in single quotes, maybe.
