I have built a flow to get all the attachment in MS Form and upload to the SharePoint list. Recently, it found with the following errors:

The specified name is already in use.

The document or folder name was not changed. To change the name to a different value, close this dialog and edit the properties of the document or folder.

    Hi @owenwong ,

The error was just saying that there is a file with the same name for one list item. Please check:

    1. if there is an attachment with the same name as a file uploaded in the Form.

    2. if there are files with the same name upload in the Form.

    Best regards,

Dear Community Support Team _ Jeffer Ni

Yes, it works well after the upload file has been renamed.

However, in my design, this Form is widely used within organization. I cannot make sure everyone knows the problem, stop them to upload the attachment in the Form with same file name. So, in addition, I need something to prevent it to happen.  It will be great if we can have some limitations in the Form while uploading the attachment to stop the upload. And, we may add some steps in PowerAutomate to automatically rename the attachment by adding prefix "1", "2" and "3" before uploading to Sharepoint.

    Please further advise. Many thanks.

    The best regards,

    Owen

    Hi @owenwong ,

I don't think there is a way of "have some limitations in the Form while uploading the attachment to stop the upload". You can add prefix for the uploaded files, just rename the files before the Add attachment action. However, there still should be some rules so the flow can know which prefix the files need.

    Hi @owenwong ,

As I said, there should be a rule in the logic, so a flow could know which prefix should be append to the file names.

If there are no rules/regularity, in other words, users can upload files with any name they like, then I don't think this is achievable.

    Best regards,

I finally found the solution from youtuber by adding the below steps:
