Action 'Apply_to_each' failed

Hi all, 

 

I would greatly appreciate some help with a simple flow that has been running into the Error: Action 'Apply_to_each' failed. 

The design of the flow is when a new response is submitted, the system triggers the responses to be recorded to a table that exists within OneDrive.

    You don't need an Apply to each at that point.  Your trigger is for when a Response is submitted.  So you always get the responses one at a time.  Just use the ResponseID to retrieve the details and add a row.

    I’m not sure if you even need the ‘Apply to each” action, you’ve got only one response that initiated the flow and whose ‘Response Id’ should be used in the ‘Get response details’. That error basically tells you that it doesn’t have an array to loop through, you gave it just a simple string.
