Help! Automating email and pulling data from multiple sources

Hello!  

 

I am in the process of creating a flow that auto generates an email with data after a Forms submission has been completed.  However, I also want to include attachments to the email that are stored in Sharepoint.  The attachment shows the flow that extracts data from Forms but I can't figure out how to include attachments to the email from Sharepoint.

 

Thanks in advance for any tips.

    I have a couple of questions to make sure I understand what you are trying to do.

    1. Are you pulling information from a document library or list?
    2. Also, how is the information in SharePoint related to the Form?
