Results from a from in an email - How would I formatting multiple answers?

I have a Form that I send out to people outside of my organization and Flow that sends them a copy of their responses upon their submission...

The issue is the formatting on the multiple-choice that accepts multiple answers.  I'm not sure how put them on separate lines or add additional spacing in between them... Any ideas?!?

The form:

The Flow:

The result:  (Notice Question 3 is in brackets, quotes, and separated by a comma.)

    Use the split expression to get the options:

    syntax = split(text, separator)

    your split function would be split(Question,"'")

    Hi, @v-bacao-msft Thanks for responding.

    I've successfully added that into the flow however, there is no difference in the formatting in the multiple answers for the question.

    Anything additional I can try to get the two/three answers on different lines or insert extra spacing between them?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    You can replace the semicolon in "Join with" with multiple spaces or new line.

    Best Regards,
