Options to increase monthly Flow limit

Hello,

I read that E3 license flow allowances get aggregated across the organization. So if we had 5 E3 users, that would mean that we have 5*2000 = 10000 flows to use?

Also this kind of allows one person to use up the flows from the other ???

Please help asap.

I am not sure what you are asking.  Your description of how runs are allocated currently is accurate.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please check the following doc on Flow Plans:

    https://preview.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

From the doc we know that Flow runs included in the office 365, Dynamics 365, Microsfot Flow Plan2 and Plan 2 are pooled across all users in the company, which means that you have 5*2000=10,000 flows to use, and one person can use up the flows from the other.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    HI @v-yamao-msft,

    Thanks for the response.

Could you please let me know as how can we track how many runs we have in our pool and how many are been consumed or left.

    Awaiting response.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You can go to Admin center, then check total flow runs and used flow runs under Quotas.
