Excel dates to email notification

I am looking to get email notifications when it is the date listen in a column in my excel spreadsheet, I have 2 columns, "6 month follow up" and "1 year follow up" and am wondering how to begin to create a flow that would send me an email notification when the date in the column is the current date.

I am new to flows and would appreciate any help,

sorry if the question has already been answered elsewhere.

See my example below and note the following:

Date/Time format set to ISO8601

Single quotes around the expression in my filter

The expression that I used can be seen in the notes for the list items in a table action

My date column is called Date1 - yours will be different

The data MUST be in a table

Hi I have followed the instructions but I get the following error:
Syntax error at position 13 in 'Reminder Date eq '2022-05-17''.
