Switch not working despite matching case

I made a flow that uses a switch to do something different based on the answer received.

The switch works for some of the cases but not all.

In this example:

the case matches but it still didn't action it and it went into the default part.

Just to note it works for some of the answers.

I've checked spaces and doesn't appear to be any different as I copied the response directly from MS forms.

Can a case be too long? I notice in the input it has red box in the middle:

    @Stevobh

    Please copy the two sentences into a notepad for comparison. This will help highlight any special characters that may be causing issues.

    Ideally, I would avoid using such long sentences within a switch case. Instead, I would compare against specific codes for each selection. It is easier to manage and debug.

    Many thanks Sudeep.

    I couldn't actually find an issue copying and pasting so opted to change to smaller sentences starting with different words and it seemed to have fixed it.
