Hi,

When I try to deploy and run my first built flow in production, I get some error saying ""This operation violates admin data policy which restricts the use of business connector "shared_commondataserviceforapps" with non business connector 'sharedoffice365'.

@MiraGhaly - can you please help me in this

    Hi @Indhu ,

Your administrator has applied what is known as a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy which is causing the error.

Connectors can be categorized as either Business, Non Business or Blocked.   DLP prevents users from using blocked connectors w or a combination of both business and non business connectors within the same flow.  Based on the error above, you have used a combination of both business (shared_commondataserviceforapps) and non business connectors (sharedoffice365).

You will need to speak to your administrator or IT department in regards to getting the other connector added to the business category.

Basically your global admin need to add 365 connector you using in this flow to business group so it can connect to data verse connector.

    Hi @Indhu ,

Have a chat to your administrator to determine the best environment strategy for your needs.  There are many options available and it depends on the governance of your organisation.  They may simply add the outlook connector to the business category or they may stand up a separate environment with a different DLP policy just for your work depending on the criticality.
