I have the following "Limit columns by view" inside the "Get Items" from SharePoint :-
now the view have 1747 items, but the get items will return all the items and not the ones inside the view.
any advice on this?
"Limit Columns By View" doesn't limit the amount of items, it limits the amount of columns.
Example: if you have Status and Description, and you create a View that's filtered on Status and only shows the Description column, it will still return all unfiltered items, but will only bring back the Description column. (Plus the system columns.) If you want to filter or limit the amount of items, you'll want to use Filter Query.
I have the same question but not sure I am understanding your answer. My SharePoint List has a view where it hides certain columns, these are hidden so that my workflow doesn't pull them in the Update Item section, however my Update Item in the flow still pulls the hidden rows. Any thoughts on why this would be?
First thought is because they are required fields on the List?
