I have a SharePoint list that has a Column called "Name" which has a person's first and last name it in

I need an function that will separate out the first name, and last name so I can map it to the below

Can someone help?

I don't think you will find a solution that fits for each posibility but you can try this:

    first(split(NAME' '))
    last(split(NAME' '))

Instead of NAME you put in the correct field item (something like "item()[name]".

If you have one first name and one last name it will work. If you have names like "Elton Hercules John" it will find "Elton" and "John". You could add more logic but maybe this is good enough for your needs.

Thanks @Matthy79 .  When I try to add that expression i get an error that says the expression is invalid.  Am i doing something wrong?

Instead of NAME you have to put in the correct field item (something like "item()[name]". Use the dynamic content to select the Name-Field.
