Trigger flow when a specific column is updated in a sharepoint list

I am new to power automate so apologies for lack of knowledge.

I have a sharepoint list (see screen grab) that is used to track relationships. I want to send an email to the 'Mentee' whenever anything is added (not updated) to the 'Relationship End Date' field. How do I set the flow up to trigger only under these circumstances?

Use the "when an item or a file is modified" trigger. Then add the get changes for an item or a file. In the Since field select Trigger Window Start Token and in the Until field select Trigger Window End Token. Then add a Condition and select Has Column Changed: Relationship End Date is equal to true. Add whatever actions you want in the if yes and if no channels.

That won't fire when the item is added but will when it gets modified.

I have a similar question. I have a list with several columns and I wish the flow to trigger only when the column "Status" is updated. I tried following the Verified Answer, but this might be for an older version of Power Automate? There exists a Since field, but no Unit field. How do I handle this?
