Microsoft Forms to Sharepoint List (Lists)

(1) ShareShare

Hi

I have followed the videos and all sorts to get a very simple MS Form to populate a Sharepoint lIst / List.

I have used the template and every thing is correct but when I submit a form and then run the test in Automate nothing happens I get a blue spinning circle - i have tried without running a test and the data still does populate

Form Id is my MS Form

Site Address is where the list and form sit in a sharepoint site

List Name is my Sharepoint List name

All the columns are represented using the dynamic Content

I'm at a total loss why this isn't working.

    Hi @Neilers72 ,

I like to troubleshoot in steps as I go downstream.  Here's what I typically do:

    1)  Delete the create item step.  Save and submit a form response.

    2)  Check your flow and make sure you are getting the form responses (this always seems to work).

    3)  Edit your flow and add your Create item action.

    4)  Save and resubmit your previous run.

What happens sometimes is the definitions for your create item action may be outdated or incorrect.  This should get your going this morning!

To resolve the issue with your Microsoft Form not syncing with a SharePoint list, you might want to compare your setup with the steps in the guide Connecting Microsoft Forms to a SharePoint List. This could help ensure everything is correctly configured to capture and transfer data as intended.
