I have created a flow to create a planner task when I flag an email in Outlook. How do I get it to stop creating multiple tasks?

Hi @Tbruns,

Could you please tell me more details about your desire? After checking the structure of your Flow, it won't create multiple planner tasks.

Yesterday, each time I reply/forward a flagged email or get a response on a flagged email it creates a new task. But today it is not creating multiples.

Hi @Tbruns,

Has it been canceled after flagged many times?

Incase to create multiple same title task, you could use Get tasks to check the same task if already exists in the Task list, if it exists, do noting, or create a task.

No, it's whenever I send an email or receive an email from a flagged email. @v-litu-msft
