MS Forms response to SharePoint List items via Power Automate.

Hello,

I've set up a flow to send a recurring email to my team with a link to a MS Form to fill out. The responses to this form would then be automatically populated into a MS List. Below, is an image of my set up:

The issue I am running into is that the flow only populates the responses from the first person who submits the form. It completely ignores the others. How do I get it to populate the MS List with the responses from everyone who submits the form?

You should only have 1 trigger in your Flow - you have two triggers.

Break this out into two Flows

1) Flow that sends email (send an email trigger)

2) Use the When a new response is submitted

Also, I see that you are using the Send an email notification trigger. That action have a number of issues and it is '

disabled in new tenants. I suggest having a shared mailbox created and sending from the shared mailbox.
