Outlook365 Invalid Connection Error

Please see the screenshot. I am getting the invalid connection error stating "Unexpected token 'R', "Response f"... is not valid JSON. I have tried to reauthenticate, refresh the browser, and MFAed again but it still doesn't fix the error. There's no documentation on how to fix this error. Any help would be useful.

I never saw that error but we had once problems with Sharepoint where we needed to delete a not needed "Access to work or school" in the Windows settings.

There was more than this one record, which we need.

Maybe you also try to do it from a different computer.

Hi @devangshah ,

Most of the time when you have this kind of issue, that's when your office email has not been configured correctly. Check with your IT admin about your office365 apps.

Error went away after I refreshed the page again and reauthenticated. Seemed like a transient error.
