Hi, please check out the image, there are multiple flows running simultaneously, how do i cancel them at once? instead of opening one by one and clicking cancel?

I would suggest to use M365 CLI for this. One of the available commands is the m365 flow run cancel command.
Below is an example script which retrieves all running flow runs of a single flow and uses that command to cancel them, this script is created by Mohamed Ashiq Faleel btw:

When you delete the flow then all running instances are aborted...
