how to add blank line in email

I press enter to make blank line in the body of the "Send email with option".

However the recveived email does not have the blank lines.

as shown in below photo.

    You can insert an HTML break <br> to force a new line. 

     

    Aternatively, you can set "Use only HTML?" to No.
