Send an approval to a Group

Hi,

I am wanting to create an approval against a group. I am using First to Respond as only 1 member of the group needs to approve the request.

I have tested the flow and all members of the group are able to view the approval in MS Teams, but no-one is able to action it.

Has anyone come across this issue and found a solution?

Thanks in advanced!

    Hi @TarenBhutch ,

I'm assuming that you're sending the approval to an O365 Group? If that's the case, then the users would not be able to approve the request as the approval is not sent to them rather the group they are part of.

I'd suggest I'd be better to get all members in the group and send the approval to them

    1. Get the group members
      1. list members.PNG
    2. Initialize a variable to store the collected emails
      2. initialize variable.PNG
    3. Using an apply to each loop, append the emails from the group into the variable
      3. collect emails.PNG
    4. Send the appoval to the group by using the collected emails from variable
      4. send approval.PNG

Hope my assumption is correct and this helps 🙂

    Kind Regards,

    Shaik Sha
