Hi , i am having problem when i want to start a new flow, it appeared this error, invalid connection. please update your connection to load complete details.

I already go to Connection pane at the left hand side of the Automate portal, and i found out that all connections are ok, all connected and no issue. I already clicked on the three vertical dot beside the specific connection and switch account, but still the error occur again.

Can someone help me?

    Invalid Connection
@CFernandes Why is it that some people are unable to use the "new designer"?
Mel had asked this last year (response #3), but I do not see a response.

I'm having the same issue 1 year later... I don't understand why MS keeps rolling out new features/apps that don't work, and do so prior to fixing issues to which they have been alerted to 1+ years ago.

@mel_ - From yesterday, I have seen many problems new designer and no problems in classics... This might be a temporary problem with new designer.

hi @CFernandes , may i ask, why do the classic and new designer affect the error? Because before this i created new flow without any connection error, even with new designer.

@mel_ Can you switch to the Classic Power Autoamte Desigber and check?
