what even is power automate? i didn't download it

last week i spotted something called power automate on my back ground apps and i didn't download such a thing i don't know what it is. i did redownload my windows could that be the reason? or does it have any relation to shared wifi. i am currently using a shared wifi and can my internet provider access any data with it that they normally can't?

    Hi @saix ,

     

    Power Automate ships with many versions of Windows 11. It's a software cloud service that automates routine processes, like very easy things to highly complex things.  Go to https://make.powerautomate.com and check it out!  There are lots of templates to help you get started.

     

    Another ancillary application that ships with Windows 11 is Power Automate Desktop and is the big brother of Power Automate.  It allows you to also automate things in legacy applications (installed on-premise or on your computer) + things that you do in a browser.

     

    Depending on the license you have, you probably already own it.

    There is no need to worry about Power Automate providing your internet provider illegal access to your data! Power Automate is simply a microsoft tool designed to help you simplify + automate things. You can always choose to uninstall it if you wish to!
