Calculate the count of email address in an Excel sheet

Hi,

I have a excel sheet which has one column with email address .I need to find the count of the email address present in the Excel file.

The file contains data from Jan - Dec and each employee email address can come multiple times. We need to determine how many time an employee email Id is present and based on that we need to send different kinds of email.

The count can be 1,2,3 over a period of one year.

How can I find the count of email address in Excel file in Sharepoint.

hi @Anonymous please follow my example, see filter array gets just the values equals to a certain mail value, then lenght counts it

I cannot hard code the email address .The Excel sheet has data for all the employees..

The Excel data is like below-:
adb@gmail.com
adb@gmail.com
bcc@gmail.com
efd@gmail.com
efd@gmail.com
efd@gmail.com

Data I want is
Email Count
adb@gmail.com 2
bcc@gmail.com 1
efd@gmail.com 3

@Anonymous the only way is hardcodig the email in filter and use multiple options for multiple users my friend. This can me made using swich control see
