Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I need to grab my outlook emails, summarize them a very specific way, and store them in a new folder in my email.

I tried the summarize text in power automate and it did not summarize the email at all, so I am going down the training route.

There is just an overwhelming amount of information on here and I don't know where to start on this.

Can someone help me with this.

Hi,

Did you try this flow? I just sent myself a Microsoft email and it seems to summarize very well.

On the home page of Power Automate, just use describe it to design it.

"when an email arrives summarize the email body with AI and send me a summary"

You will need to include an approval step (not included in AI generated flow template. That's because Microsoft now wants someone to review the content being created through AI. But check it out, it does work very well.
