"Add Row into a Table" Action in Power Automate - Invalid Value for 'Table' Parameter

Hi @automate @AutoMatey @automate3 @Anonymous @Power6 @POW8  @HAutomate @IAutomate @PowerAid @gpower @PowerAutomate @powerautomate88 @powerautomate17 @PowerAZE @powerauto1 @apowerautomate @mtpowerautomate @PowerAutomate @flow @FLMike @trice602 @Srini007

I'm facing an issue in Power Automate with the "Add Row into a Table" action. I have a requirement to populate all fields from my configuration file into this action. However, when I attempt to set the table name dynamically from my configuration file, I encounter an error message stating, "The parameter 'table' has an invalid value."

  1. I'm using Power Automate to automate a process that involves adding rows to a table.
  2. I need to dynamically set the table name based on values from my configuration file.
  3. When I provide the table name from the configuration file, I receive the error message mentioned above.

    this is an error:

    but Table name is right.

I'm looking for guidance on how to resolve this issue. Specifically, I need to understand how to correctly set the 'table' parameter in the "Add Row into a Table" action to avoid the "invalid value" error.

    Thanks,
    Hitakshi Chauhan

    Hi @hitakshi

Pls use "Get tables" action to get all the tables from the excel file and then using "Filter array" action get the required table based on the name in the config file.

    Here is an example:

Pass the table name from the output of filter array action to "Add a row in a table" action:

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks
