Hi!

I have a desktop flow which I want to run unattended on a virtual mashine. I've set up a connection to the machines email (Im using send an email (v2)). It works when I'm signed in on the mashine and runs it from there, but when it runs offline thorugh cloud flow it doesnt work and I get the error "Access to some desktop flow connectors wasn't validated. Verify the following connections: and try again." When I open the flow editor on my laptop it obviosly cant find the connection reference since it want to use my personal connection reference. So I guess when I try to run it unattended it looks for my personal reference instead of the account connected to the VM? Any idea of how I can solve this issue?

Update: If I keep my personal connection reference it works fine. However, anyone have an idea if I want the email to come from the "robot account"?

aa hello diary! If I signed in on my laptop as the "robot account" and created a connection reference directly from there it worked how I wanted. So if anyone ever would have this problem, just create a connection directly in the flow editor for the account you wich to send the email from on your laptop instead on the VM..

    Hello @vp-pengu1n ,

    I'm facing the same problem.

By "created a connection reference directly from there" did you mean you used the "robot account" to have your original flow edited?

yeah if you have for example created the flow in your personal account. For example: CA_RSP@outlook.com and then import the flow to robot@outlook.com  account then you need to recreate the connection references so the robot account won't try to use your personal connection references.

So go to the robots PAD and open the flow and create new connection reference and change it to all the actions that use outlook connection references

    Thank you @eetuRobo !

However I'm still facing the problem - in my case I need to share or import the flow to user1@outlook.com and user2@outlook.com . When user1 open the flow and create new connection reference, it breaks at user2 side. When user2 open the flow and create new connection reference, it breaks at user1 side. I'm wondering if you have experiences on such situation?

I'm far from an expert but if no one else comes back to you my best guess is that user 2 needs to copy the flow and change the connection to the desired one. If it is a shared flow user2s connection change will affect user 1 (as you described).
