Flow/List filter Query

Hello,

I built a sharepoint list that I am trying to automate an emailed report that shows all of the items added in the previous seven days.

I built a List view that shows the information I want using the following filter and this works fine.

Filter Screenshot 2024-04-15 140529.png

However, Power Automate only reads the columns contained in this view, not the filter.

I've tried, unsuccessfully, to build a filter query in power automate to replicate this filter but so far have had no luck.

The email part works, but it's pulling the first 100 records each time.

I've tried a few different things I've read on these forums for other people, but I keep getting errors because the Filter Query setting can't do dynamic calculations on the fly.

Can you help?

    Hi @GMorley

    Pls try using the below filter query:

    Created ge '@{startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),-4))}'

    Pls just copy & paste the above query directly in the filter query box.

    For getting more than 100 list items, you need to go to click (...)->"Settings":

    Toggle on "Pagination" and enter 100000 in the Threshold box (max size):

    Clik done to save the changes & retest the flow.

    If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    This worked great, thank you so much.

    A lot of things I had read previously said I needed to specify the start and the end date, but this works well. Thank you.
